The Director General, Dr. Ali Eljarroshi, and the Deputy Director, Dr. Jadallah Diryag, together with the hospital's specialists and doctors, welcomed Dr. Ali Suleiman Ali, a visiting consultant in cardiac surgery and valve replacement from Germany, who will begin receiving patients and performing complex and delicate operations.
They then made a field tour of the hospital's surgical departments and visited the Cardiac Catheterization Department, highlighting the great efforts of its head, Dr. Jadallah, who performs procedures throughout the week for patients from various Libyan cities.
The visit confirms the hospital management's commitment to strengthening its capabilities in cardiac surgery and drawing on international expertise. Dr. Suleiman is expected to begin seeing patients in the cardiology clinic from this afternoon, carrying out the necessary examinations and tests.
