As part of the training program to develop the skills of medical and allied health staff, training courses are continuing for the second month in a row, with three lectures a week for 45 allied health staff from the hospital's surgical departments, to raise their competence and support the continuous development program under way at Ibn Sina Teaching Hospital.
In the Dr. Mahfouz Abdullah Hall in the women's medical ward, a number of staff were examined on medical skills such as ECG, blood transfusion, receiving special cases and inserting intravenous cannulas, under the supervision of trainers:
