As part of our medical staff's scientific participation in various specialties to learn about the latest advances in medical devices and treatments,
cardiology specialist and head of the hospital's Cardiac Catheterization Department, Dr. Jadallah Diryag, attended a medical workshop organized by the National Heart Center in Benghazi, with a number of the center's consultants and specialists and engineers from New Technology Company, on the use of advanced devices in interventional cardiac catheterization:
- IVUS (intravascular ultrasound) of the coronary arteries
- ROTAPRO rotational atherectomy of coronary deposits
- FFR (fractional flow reserve) measurement
