Based on important recommendations from the hospital's Personnel Committee, an extended meeting was held today in the office of the Director General, Dr. Ali Khalifa Eljarroshi, to sign comprehensive promotion and job regularization decisions covering staff of Ibn Sina Teaching Hospital, Sirte.
The first meeting of 2025 covered three main items:
- Regularizing the employment status of 30 allied health staff
- Classifying and regularizing the employment status of 34 allied health staff
- Classifying and regularizing the employment status of 38 administrative and service staff
Continuing decisions like these contribute greatly to improving job performance and raising the morale of the hospital's medical, administrative and technical staff.
The Director General, Dr. Ali Eljarroshi, expressed his pleasure at regularizing staff status and promotions in line with applicable laws and regulations, stressing the management's commitment to valuing its staff and providing every means to ensure their job stability and motivate them to give their best.
