Ibn Sina Teaching Hospital, Sirte, is continuing its efforts to develop its services to citizens through ongoing intensive training courses for staff in all departments.

The courses aim to familiarize staff fully with how the hospital's new website works and to train them on the electronic appointment booking system for the clinics. This step is part of the management's efforts to make it easier for patients to obtain health services and to reduce crowding at the clinics, and covers how to enter patient data and choose the right clinics, doctors and appointment times.

Dr. Moammar Makhlouf, Director of the Human Resources Development Office, who is supervising the courses, said that the digital transformation is well under way, noting that properly training staff ensures patients receive the support they need when using the new system.
