Operations are continuing day after day: 14 operations were performed this morning, and 40 over three consecutive days. This is a major achievement — performing precise and complex operations that improve the children's condition is no easy matter, but the fruit of the combined efforts of the outstanding medical team who supervised these operations and worked tirelessly to make them a success.
To them we say: words of thanks cannot do you justice, but they express our deep appreciation. You are a source of pride for us all, and we are grateful to have you with us. We also recognize the efforts of all the medical and allied health staff who provided the care the children needed.
The children's families expressed their happiness and gratitude for the medical team's efforts, saying that these operations will greatly improve their children's lives.
