To improve medical services, develop healthcare and control infection, the hospital's Infection Control Committee held its first regular meeting of 2025, chaired by the Director General, Dr. Ali Eljarroshi, with the Deputy Director, Dr. Jadallah Diryag, and the Director of the Infection Control Office, Dr. Mohammed Daw.
The meeting discussed the strategic plan for the hospital's infection control program in light of the hospital's rapid growth — more operating theatres and more operations in all specialties — which requires planning to limit infection and its spread through training medical and allied health staff and providing the resources needed in 2025 for infection prevention and control.
