As part of the hospital's focus on awareness and training, a scientific lecture entitled Pain Management after Surgical Interventions was held this Thursday morning in the men's medical ward hall, sponsored and organized by the Human Resources Development Office in cooperation with the hospital's Pain Unit.
The lecture gave a comprehensive theoretical overview of how to control post-operative pain and the steps to follow with the patient to ensure the best care after a successful operation.
It was delivered by Dr. Al-Tayeb Abdel Rahman Al-Khabir, consultant in chronic pain management, and drew strong interaction from the specialists and doctors present, who raised many questions that he answered in full.
