The 4th Conference of Sirte Doctors at Home and Abroad, organized by Ibn Sina Hospital under the slogan "Vision – Cooperation – Achievement" with the support of the National Development Agency and Gamma Medical, Alpha and Al-Sada Medical companies, concluded this evening in the late Dr. Abdulqader Al-Ammari Hall.
The closing session of the conference, which was hosted in the hospital's halls and operating theatres, was attended by the Director General, Dr. Ali Khalifa Eljarroshi; the Deputy Director, Dr. Jadallah Diryag; the chair of the hospital's Scientific Committee, Dr. Fathi Al-Kaseh; the chair of the conference Scientific Committee, Prof. Al-Refai Amtair; heads and members of medical councils; and heads of departments, consultants and specialists.
During the conference, scientific lectures and medical workshops in urology, orthopedics, ophthalmology, pediatrics, catheterization and endoscopy were held, supervised by highly qualified experts, to exchange experience and knowledge between doctors. Many operations were performed in the theatres for the first time at the hospital, and a medical exhibition of the supporting companies showcased the latest advances in medicine.
At the close of the conference, the visiting doctors spoke of the great progress the hospital has made over the past two years, reflecting the efforts of its young management to raise the standard of this major medical institution.
Finally, the hospital management honored the medical companies that supported the conference for their efforts in making it a success.
