With the support of the Medical Supply and Treatment Services Authority of the Libyan Government, and implemented by Alpha Medical Company,
joint replacement operations began this morning in the main operating theatres, supervised by leading specialists and doctors of the Orthopedics Department with the participation of the hospital's allied health staff — a step to strengthen advanced surgical services and enable patients to receive treatment that helps relieve their suffering and improve their quality of life.
The medical team in the operating rooms was led by orthopedic and joint surgery specialist Dr. Ali Eljarroshi, accompanied by specialist Dr. Salah Ali and resident Dr. Abdullah Al-Awai.
Joint implant specialist: Mahmoud Al-Sahbi.
Anesthesia: Dr. Safaa Al-Zein.
They were assisted by the medical and allied health staff of the Operating Theatre and Anesthesia departments.
