In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
"Every soul will taste death, and you will only be given your full compensation on the Day of Resurrection. So whoever is drawn away from the Fire and admitted to Paradise has attained success. And what is the life of this world except the enjoyment of delusion." (Al Imran 3:185)
With deep sorrow and grief, and with acceptance and faith in God's will and decree, the management and all staff of Ibn Sina Teaching Hospital mourn the passing of the late Dr. Aisha Ali Naji Al-Gaddafi, specialist in the Internal Medicine Department, who passed away this morning after a career rich in humanitarian and professional giving, during which she devoted her time and effort to serving patients and easing their pain with sincerity and compassion.
She was — may God have mercy on her — an example of the humane doctor who never withheld her knowledge or her kind words from patients, leaving a beautiful mark on them, on her colleagues and on everyone who knew her. She was always present, racing against time to fulfil her noble mission, believing that medicine is a mission of mercy before it is a profession.
The body has departed, but her good memory will remain in the corridors of the department and in the hearts of those who worked with her and those touched by her humanity and generosity. Her loss is not only a loss to her family, but to her patients, her colleagues and everyone who knew the value of her character and her dedication to her work.
We ask God Almighty, Lord of the Mighty Throne, to envelop her in His vast mercy, grant her a place in His spacious gardens of Paradise, make the good, mercy and knowledge she offered an intercession for her on the Day of Resurrection, and grant her family, relatives and colleagues patience and solace.
To God we belong and to Him we shall return.
