The hospital's Quality and Patient Protection Office this morning organized an introductory lecture in the Dr. Abdulqader Al-Ammari Hall on "Quality Systems in the Hospital: Concepts and Mechanisms", given by Mr. Mohammed Mansour Al-Zinati.
The lecture covered quality concepts in health services and the benefits of applying them, and the stages of developing quality systems in hospitals and how to implement them.
The lecture was attended by the Deputy Director General, Dr. Jadallah Diryag, a number of heads of offices and medical departments, and specialists.
