To motivate medical staff and recognize their efforts, the Director General of Ibn Sina Teaching Hospital, Dr. Ali Eljarroshi, together with the head of the Intensive Care Unit, Dr. Ali Al-Mismari, and several heads of surgical departments, honored anesthesia technician Fatima Mohammed Abdelkarim as the ICU's best medical staff member for October, in recognition of her outstanding care for patients, her compassion, her technical skills and her punctuality.
Fatima was chosen from among a group of distinguished staff for her strong commitment to quality standards in healthcare and for the trust she has earned from patients and colleagues.
