The five-a-side football league, held under the slogan "Sporting Spirit and a Humanitarian Message", concluded tonight on the Ibn Sina Hospital pitch, with ten teams from the hospital's various departments and administrations competing in a lively atmosphere.
The final between the Transport team and the Physiotherapy team was attended by the Deputy Director General, Dr. Jadallah Diryag, several department directors and heads of sections, and a large number of staff who followed the match enthusiastically. The Transport team won on penalties.
At the close of the league, the Transport team was presented with the championship cup, prizes were awarded to the first- and second-placed teams, and the organizing committees were honored.
