The hospital's Mortality and Morbidity Committee held its regular meeting this Wednesday morning in the administration meeting room, attended by the Director General, Dr. Ali Khalifa Eljarroshi, the chair of the Scientific Committee, Dr. Fathi Al-Kaseh, and the heads of the medical departments.
The meeting reviewed deaths in the departments and problems in the workflow over the past month, discussed developments, and identified causes and how to prevent recurrence.
It also discussed a number of topics aimed at improving certain treatment services, strengthening communication between medical teams, providing more advanced training for medical staff and ensuring excellent medical care.
