The regular meeting of the Mortality and Morbidity Committee was held this Wednesday morning in the hospital's meeting room, chaired by the Director General, Dr. Ali Khalifa Eljarroshi, with the chair of the Scientific Committee, Dr. Fathi Al-Kaseh, and the heads of the medical departments.
The meeting discussed a number of medical cases and reviewed the clinical causes of deaths and complications recorded in recent weeks, with the aim of improving the quality of care and the outcomes of the hospital's medical services.
The department heads also presented some problems and obstacles, with a view to preventing errors from recurring, as part of the management's continuing efforts to raise performance and achieve excellence in healthcare.
The meeting is one of a series of regular meetings held by the hospital management with the Scientific Committee to monitor medical performance and ensure continuous improvement across departments and specialties.
