The Mortality and Morbidity Committee held its regular meeting in the meeting room to discuss a number of matters related to the workflow. The meeting was chaired by the Director General, Dr. Ali Khalifa Eljarroshi, with the chair of the Scientific Committee, Dr. Fathi Al-Kaseh, and the heads of the surgical departments.
The meeting focused on reviewing ward statistics on admissions and on cases referred from public hospitals and private clinics.
It also discussed problems facing heads of departments that prevent work from running efficiently — for example, lack of discipline and repeated absence — and examined their causes in order to prevent them in future.
